Minaret Therapeutic Services LLC does not currently accept insurance and is currently accepting self-pay via cash, debit & credit card. If you do decide to file a claim in an attempt to collect reimbursement through your insurance for your therapeutic sessions, an invoice of services/receipt of services can be provided, upon request, to submit to your insurance once an official claim with your insurance has been initiated. Minaret Therapeutic Services LLC is not responsible for any outcome on possible reimbursement via insurance claims.
